[News] Frank Ocean, Muse, and Mumford & Sons to Perform on SNL

The 38th season of Saturday Night Live starts on September 15th, and they've announced some heavy hitting performances for the upcoming season. The premiere episode will see Family Guy creator Seth Macfarlane on hosting duties, while Odd Future crooner Frank Ocean will be performing. After cancelling his European tour, the SNL performance and a performance at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards will mark his return to the stage.

The following episode isn't slumping, either, as the Joseph Gordon-Levitt hosted episode, which will air on Sept. 22nd, will see Mumford & Sons performing live. Marcus Mumford and co. will be releasing their sophomore album Babel three days after the SNL appearance. Two weeks later, Daniel Craig will be hosting the late-night show, with Muse serving as the musical guest. The UK outfit will be supporting their upcoming album The 2nd Law, which is set for release on October 2nd. Not a shabby lineup if you ask me.
