In Italian cuisine, Crudo is a raw fish dish dressed with olive oil, sea salt, and citrus juice such as lemon juice and sometimes vinegar. However, in this case, Crudo is the new (not really new but...) project from producer Dan The Automator and Faith No More Frontman, Mike Patton. You my be familiar of the two's work on Handsome Boy Modeling School, Lovage and on Patton's own project Peeping Tom. Crudo's album is expected to release later this year on Ipecac Recordings.
