[Listen] Dirty Projectors & Björk - "All We Are", Collaboration Releases Today
Last week it was announced that Dirty Projectors were working on a collaboration with the ever so amazing (and my future wife) Björk on a 7 track EP titled Mount Wittenberg Orca. The EP is now available as a digital download here. Check out the track "All We Are" below and pick up this awesome album, not only because its great but because it is for a great cause.
David Longstreth from the Dirty Projectors stated in an online letter on the website:
We’ve decided to give away all the money that Wittenberg generates to the project of creating international marine protected areas. Only 1% of the oceans are protected in any way and this is a huge problem. We’re working with the National Geographic Society to create areas of sustainability, so the oceans don’t end up like a giant poisonous corpse hugging the continents.
