The Strokes, Muse, My Chemical Romance head Reading and Leeds 2011
2011 is becoming a significant year for music festivals, with Coachella and Sasquatch! already boasting amazing lineups. Following suit, August 26th-28th marks the UK's massive annual music festival, Reading and Leeds. To say this years Reading and Leeds lineup is awesome would definitely be an understatement, with the festival being headed by Muse, The Strokes, My Chemical Romance, The National, and Jane's Addiction. The festival has also confirmed performances from two of this years biggest reunited outfits, Death From Above 1979 and Pulp.
The festival will also include performances by Interpol, Deftones, 30 Seconds To Mars, Janes' Addiction,Friendly Fires, The Offspring, Elbow, Two Door Cinema Club, Beady Eyes, Jimmy Eat World, Crystal Castles, Rise Against, and Odd Future.
The rest of the bands performing at the festival include The Streets, Cage the Elephant, The Horrors, Bombay Bicycle Club, The Vaccines, Panic! At The Disco, The Kills, Everything Everything, Noah & The Whale, White Lies, The Naked and Famous, and many more bands that add up to a massive 150 acts spread out over six stages.
