[Listen] Future Unlimited - "When It Calls"

 

At the beginning of this week, we posted about Nashville synth-pop duo Future Unlimited, whose song "Golden" secured itself as a gem in the '80s influenced synth-pop realm. Today, the duo let loose yet another track from their forthcoming Cloaks & Daggers EP titled "When It Calls." Although the song is slower and more brooding than "Golden," it evokes everything that was great about the heyday of synth driven pop. With spacey bakcground loops and synth progression and distant vocals, the track makes for a great listen. Check it out below.
