[Watch] My Morning Jacket Cover Gil Scott-Heron and Bing Crosby
Wrapping up their winter tour dates, Kentucky rockers My Morning Jacket played one final show at New York's famed Madison Square Garden last week. The band has been known to play covers while on stage, and this show was no different. During their performance, the Louisville outfit played a cover of the late Gil Scott-Heron's "The Bottle," as well as a cover of Bing Crosby's Christmas classic "I'll Be Home For Christmas," which was included on the band's holiday-themed iTunes session. The Bing Crosby classic also saw their opening act Band of Horses join in to play along. You can check out video footage of their covers after the jump.

Here we have for you the official video for Gill Scott-Heron and Jamie xx's track "Ill Take Care Of U" which features on their album, We're New Here, which you can actually stream in full over here. The video doesn't feature the musical pair instead see's a female boxer preparing for battle in between being a Mother and taking care of her life. It can't being easy being a Mom and having to fight your own personal battles everyday in between motherly duties. After dropping amazing remixes like Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" and his recent collaboration album with spoken word legend Gil Scott-Heron on We're New Here, Jamie takes over the 6 Mix to play a selection of the music which inspired his productions alongside some of his current favourites and also tells the story of how he came to remix the whole Gil Scott Heron album. [Listen] Kanye West - "Lost In The World" Feat. Gil Scott-Heron and Bon Iver
As of you may already heard, Kanye's yet to be titled fifth album drops in stores November 22 (Same day as Daft Punk Ye? Shame on you.) Today a new track titled "Lost In The World" featuring spoken word from Gil Scott-Heron and sampling Bon Iver's "Woods" has hit the interwebz. You may remember Ye' spitting these verses, “You’re my devil, you’re my angel, you’re my heaven, you’re my hell”, when he was out making his social network tour at Facebook and Twitter. This track also marks the return of 808's and Heartbreak Kanye since we get a lil autotune. Check it out below!

Let me first start off by apologizing, I personally fucked up. Once the track hit the web, I (like most other music blogs) ran with it and posted the track for people to hear not to make money off of like some sites have been doing. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that this was an unfinished song, knowing that info I would have used more judgement in my decision. Therefore, SKoA has decided to pull the song from our site and we will not be posting the other track that also dripped out on the net as well (because 2 unfinished leaks is a bit much).
