Chiddy announced earlier this week on his Twitter that the group's highly anticipated debut album The Swelly Life, is now set for a Feb 2011 release date. (Drats..) But, it wasn't all bad news as he also announced that the group will be releasing a "mini-album" titled The Preview on October 11th.

The group stated, “The main purpose of this release is to give our fans some new music whilst we finish recording our debut album, ‘Swelly Life’. It’s called ‘The Preview’ because it gives listeners a glimpse of what’s to come on Swelly.” The prequel features the groups first two singles, the MGMT "Kids" sampling hit "Opposite of Adults" and the Passion Pit sampling banger "The Truth". The Preview also features new material like the groups recent collaboration with The Neptunes/N*E*R*D super producer Pharrell Williams, who co-produced new single "Good Life", Q-Tip who features on the dubstep banger "Here We Go" and Darwin Deez who features on the track, which I only assume samples Deez very own hit, "Bad Day".
