[Watch] Taking Back Sunday - "Can't Tell me Nothing" (Kanye West Cover)
Taking Back Sunday recorded an unexpected cover recently for Billboard and you might be asking yourself what that cover was. Or maybe you actually read the header and that's why you're here? Probably the latter. So down to business, they covered Kanye West's "Can't Tell Me Nothing" which featured on his 2007 album, Graduation. It's an interesting cover I guess and not the normal thing you'd expect these guys to do, which is a good thing. Check it out for yourselves courtesy of Billboard and let us know if you think they did a good job of making it their own.
[Watch] Taking Back Sunday Rehearse For Tour
Taking Back Sunday are next week to release their self titled album on June 28th and to coincide with that they have a nice tour around the world the dates of which are over here. It includes stops in the UK, Canada, and the US with some festivals added into the mix too. In preparation the band are obviously drilling out their songs in rehearsals and via Alt Press you can check out a behind the scenes look at the band in rehearsals.
[Watch] Taking Back Sunday - "The Best Places To Be A Mom" Live Acoustic
Next month, Taking Back Sunday are set to release their self titled album on June 28th. Back in November last year we got our first preview from the band in their original lineup in the form of the track, "Best Places To Be A Mom". Today we can listen to Adam Lazzara and John Nolan sitting down with Alter The Press and putting down a nice acoustic version of the track prior to a sold out show at the Camden Roundhouse in London. It even features some joking with Adam at the start regarding the name of the track and how it's actually nothing to do with the title. Pointing out that Norway is actually the best place to be a Mom. Interesting.
[News] Taking Back Sunday Plan Summer Tour
We got news not too long ago that Taking Back Sunday were to release their self titled fifth studio album later this year on June 28th via Warner Bros. Now this probably has a lot of fans excited as it's the first time the original lineup of the band has made sweet music together in years. Now though, they'll have a little more to get hot under the collar about. After an initial few european dates had been announced the boys have set out a rather large tour for the states. Witha co-headline spot reserved for Thursday and support for the whole jaunt coming from Colour Revolt this show should be enteraining from doors opening, til doors close. The dates of the tour can be seen after the jump via CoS.

[SKoA Presents] Terrible Things

Here's a nice little "super group" that's flying under the radar, but won't be for long. Terrible Things is made up of Hot Rod Circuit frontman Andy Jackson, former Taking Back Sunday singer/guitarist Fred Mascherino (also know as The Color Fred), and ex Coheed and Cambria drummer Josh Eppard.
Previously known as Initials, the group scored a record deal with Universal Motown Records and had barely finished up recording their debut album when they were asked to hit the road with Story of the Year and Anberlin. Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman also has picked up the group to play a few dates on his Kevin Says stage of the 2010 Warped Tour.
The group has a few jams up on their MySpace, but if you'd rather listen to them on the go, download the rips here.
