[Listen] Glassjaw - "You Think You're John Fucking Lennon"

A few weeks ago this poster appeared online and led to mass speculation regarding another Glassjaw related release. Speculators were correct so go you!! If you were lucky enough to live in New York and head on down to Marios Pizzeria in Seaford you'd of been given a 7" Vinyl for "Stars" along with a tasty 7" pizza. Sounds pretty sweet. As well as this though purchaser of the pizza got this message and were told "SHIT KICKS OFF AT 11.11PM". Secret show for the lucky vinyl buyers!

We had a view of the guys jamming out the new version of the track a few months back but sadly unless you were in New York chances are you didn't pick up the track. It's still yet to surface BUT we do have this HQ version of "You Think You're John Fucking Lennon" for your ears to run away and hide from. A word of warning (I had no such thing and nearly jumped out of my chair) you may find yourself turning your speakers up LOUD as the first 1min30secs of the track is just a drum beat off in the distance. Then all of a sudden Daryl will make you wish you'd not turned up the speakers/headphones so loud as the track drops and well the rest is history. Nice track.

As soon as we get hold of "Stars" we'll be sure to give you guys a listen. Anybody else excited to see what these guys do on 12/12.... and let's not forget new years day or 1/1/11 when the band play New York City's Best Buy Theater. That'll be a happy new year indeed.
