On Christmas day, Brooklyn rapper Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire will be releasing his aptly-titled Merry Christmas... Suck My Dick mixtape, which includes some of his older tracks, before the days of "The Last Huzzah." We get our first taste of the upcoming mixtape with the video for the track "Motivate To Be Rich," which features Dallas Tha Kid. The song itself is, much like "The Last Huzzah," a definite banger, and the video features one of the most fun looking games of Monopoly I've ever seen, complete with champagne and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle actions figures. Here's hoping Parker Bros. and Playmates Toys don't sue.
