[News] Coldplay Announce North American Tour, Perform on Fallon
Today, in support of their recently released fifth studio album Mylo Xyloto, Coldplay announced plans for their first North American tour in three years. With three legs of the tour, the first kicks off in Edmonton on April 17th, and spands the West Coast of Canada and the U.S. before ending with two shows in Los Angeles on May 1st and 2nd. The second leg of the tour starts on June 22nd in Dallas, TX and will take the band across the Southwest before finishing up in the U.S. capitol on July 8th. The third and final leg of the tour begins on July 23rd in Toronto and sees the band visiting six locations throughout the Midwest, including Chicago, Boston, and Montreal. Tickets for the tour go on sale starting December 17th.
As well, the U.K. outfit paid Jimmy Fallon a visit last night on the set of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. While there, the band performed their Mylo Xyloto track "Charlie Brown." You can check out their performance in the player above.
