[Listen x Watch] My Morning Jacket x Florence & The Machine Cover Buddy Holly

We've already seen the likes of The Black Keys, Julian Casablancas and Modest Mouse's contribution to the Rave on Buddy Holly album which is due out June 28th via Fantasy Records/Concord Music Group. Today we get another two cuts from the album from My Morning Jacket and Florence & The Machine

MMJ do a loyal cover to Holly's first posthumous 1960 release, "True Love Ways" which you can give a spin at the bottom via funnily enough, Spin. Then we have an added bonus from Florence & The Machine via TwentyFourBit/Nowness. She also features on the album and went for a cover of his track, "Not Fade Away". The video features some fun both in the Studio and on stage from Florence and I was surprised that it is a nice showcase of her vox. Plus it's not "Dog Days Are Over" which is always a nice change. Just sayin'.

Check them both out and don't forget to pick up the album on its release later in the month.
