[News] Beastie Boys Team Up With Spike Jonze For New Video

Spike Jonze and the Beastie Boys have reunited once more for the first time since 1998 when they worked together on their track "Root Down Version 2" not to mention the video for 1994's "Sabotage" (1994?!?!). The video is set to be made for the song "Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win" which features Santigold and it the recent release of Hot Sauce Committee Part Two. The video will be an action packed "short and epic length video" as the band put it on their blog, going on to reiterate that they're "ACTION figures, NOT dolls!". We've seen what Spike can do recently with the magic of Arcade Fire for backing music in the deluxe re-issue of The Suburbs, so let's see what he does with the and take a look at the picture above for a sneak peek into what we're in for. I'm intrigued to say the least.

No concrete date for the release of the video let alone the single but watch this space as we'll let you know as and when we can.
