[Watch] Mysterious Sigur Rós Video Posted Online

Sigur Rós have posted an unusual video online out of nowhere simply with the heading "Inni". The video is a black and white visual of grainy footage featuring the band on stage performing, yet the music in the background, to begin with at least, is a long held drone which slowly pierces your ears. That suddenly drops into a hair raising, tranquil sound of minimal proportions, a sound I imagine to be played if I was suddenly trapped in a current and began to slowly sink to the oceans floor. A moving bit of music for sure, but what could it mean? Will we have more new music from them soon? See what you make of it at the top via Pitchfork.
