Just two days ago we got to witness and enjoy the lovely futuristic video from Neon Indian for their track "Polish Girl" which features on their album Era Extraña which was released this week. To keep the promo campaign going strong they last night visited Jimmy Fallon to put in a solid performance of the aforementioned track.
