Amidst the awesome tour announcement from SOAD and Deftones last month, Serj Tankian also announced a new album, Harakiri, which drops on the 10th of July via Serjical Strike/Reprise Records. Today, Rock it Out! Blog points towards a new video from the System man and it sees him and a group of unruly people, the 99% causing havoc to the stock exchange.
