South by Southwest 2013 amps things up with the announcement of first round of artists set to perform during the music portion of the Austin festival, which takes place from March 12th-17th. Included in the first round are Alt-J, Haim, Said The Whale, Thurston Moore, Toddla T, Why?, The Trews, Klaxons, White Lung, Of Mice and Men, and many more.
